The Commonwealth Secretariat and Khalili Foundation have announced the Commonwealth Peace Prize, aimed at recognizing exemplary peacebuilders with a focus on conflict resolution and social cohesion. To be awarded every three years, the prize celebrates those who champion sustainable peace and serve as role models for young people. The award was launched on September 21, 2024, during the International Day of Peace celebrations.
